When I worked for a large courier company, a new client asked me : why should I use YOUR company? The rates, structures etc were very similar to the company she used at that time. I answered : Because you will have ME as a tool.
True. Mr/Ms small business owner.. You as a brand can add incredible value to your company. People like to know *stuff* about people. Who you are, what you like and not, what works for you in business.
Brand yourself through articles, banners, talking about your business, your products.. Let people build trust by getting to know you. Go that extra mile, tweet with them, facebook or forum… BE out there as a PeRSON
